Welcome to Make A Move Life Counselling (MMLC). My name is Radinka Jeyathas, and I am the Founder, Head Clinician and Consultant. I have over 11+ years of experience working across the province of Ontario, providing therapeutic services (community and private), consulting, and social work services as a Canadian-Sri Lankan Tamil, Registered Social Worker (OCSWSSW #832156).
I am able to identify what is missing in your mind and have you turn your self-awareness into action.
I provide therapeutic guidance to people who are ready, willing, and capable to learn to strengthen and change their perception, deconstruct meanings attached to your thoughts, and increase their range of choices to create actionable, performance-enhancing changes to their lives. This includes being able to see, hear, and express your thoughts and transform your relationships with yourself and others.
This work will have you take information from past experiences, integrate it into the present, and shape your future through regulating your capacity to respond to emotional experiences with intentional balance, finding an ideal level of physiological and psychological activation for top performance, and constructively reframing thought patterns into more life-enhancing perspectives.
My guidance uses the basics of neuropsychotherapy to give you the ability to direct and maintain focus during internal and external distractions, an immersive flow state where the actions feel effortless and fully engaged and a calm, organized mental state that helps with effective decision-making.
